Phoenixian is a work from Arpita Gaidhane’s collection.
Spirit of bird. Remembering the mythical Phoenix, this painting evokes the spirit of a bird in flight, in a constant search for rebirth, regardless of any temptation of darkness or light. Arpita Gaidhane’s art is the fusion of painting, poetry, mythology, and nature.
Often in his paintings, we find reference to nature and elements handed down through the centuries. The influence that Indian culture has on this woman is felt. Nothing escapes sacredness. Any element is observed and respected very carefully. Even elements belonging to other cultures that are mythological or real, are always respected and never rejected a priori and this makes it a strong point.
