Caballos de la noche is a work from Hector Acevedo’s collection.
Caballos de la noche. In Acevedo’s painting appearances are deceiving. This is why it should be viewed with suspicion. She appears naive, peaceful, and calm, even if in the back there is an artist who wants to subvert reality according to his vision of the world.
The paintings in this exhibition In the Shadow of the Obvious demonstrate that Héctor Acevedo is a painter who does not give up on creating an exhaustive portrait of the human condition.
