The Life of the Orange Tree. This time the artist wanted to immortalize an outdoor scene. A sunny village square where in the center there is a slender and flourishing tree full of fruit: an orange. The artist wanted to focus his attention on the fruits, a sign of life, deliberately leaving the tree and its vegetation to blend chromatically with the houses that surround it. Walls that take heat from the rays of an oblique sun, which, however, fails to give vitality to the leaves, but only to the fruits that stand out like gems set in stone. A cerulean sky is the backdrop to the scene, but even here the color is not lively, bright, but delicate, even if decisive. The attention inevitably goes to the bright orange fruits that dot the crown of the tree and which are the focal point through which the visitor enters the work itself.

The life of the Orange tree, è un’opera di  Oleksandr Serdiuk.

Questa volta l’artista ha voluto immortalare una scena all’aperto. Una assolata piazza di paese dove al centro vi è un esile quanto florido albero carico di frutta: un arancio. L’artista ha voluto porre la sua attenzione sui frutti, segno di vita, lasciando volutamente l’albero e la sua vegetazione confondersi cromaticamente con le case che lo circondano. Mura che prendono calore dai raggi di un sole obliquo, che non riesce però a dare vitalità alle foglie, ma solo ai frutti che spiccano come gemme incastonate nella pietra. Un ceruleo cielo fa da sfondo alla scena, ma anche qui il colore non è vivace, acceso, ma delicato seppur deciso. L’attenzione va inevitabilmente sui frutti dall’arancio acceso che punteggiano la chioma dell’albero e che sono il punto focale attraverso il quale il visitatore entra nell’opera stessa.
