La serie dei “Getting the Blues” la possiamo anche leggere sotto forma di ricerca del sacro, riferendoci non solo al blu colore ma al Blues come genere vocale e musicale, tipico di certi gruppi religiosi. Non è un affiancamento azzardato, anzi le due cose hanno molto in comune e lasciano ampio spazio alla riflessione, comun denominatore di tutte le opere di Dominique.
